My passion for counselling first began when I was very young in high school when I discovered that people were always drawn to me to talk about their problems. It was then that I realised I was a natural listener, showed empathy for others and displayed an intuitive mindset. I wanted to become a Counsellor. What I provide is a safe space for you to feel comfortable to open up and explore what is going on for you, in a non judgmental environment that is completely your own. I am spiritually inclined and can work holistically to provide a spiritual therapeutic healing space.
I have studied Psychology for over 8 years, I have counselled many clients for over 8 years in a variety of areas such as mental health working with severe to moderate & complex cases in the NHS and private clinics, perinatal teams within the NHS & bereavement counselling with charities.
I am in Integrative counsellor working with different approaches to help each client. I believe that each person will find at least one approach that will work best for them. I am skilled in Psychodynamic therapy, Existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic counselling.

During this time we can establish if therapy with me would be in your best interest. We will discuss the nature of the problem, why you would like therapy and what are your current goals for therapy (if any). We would also look at availability and costs.
